话说小月连续两次被加州法院裁决船票没送到，法官却不嫌弃他，还给他具体建议。第一次，给了一行的建议：

The Court notes that Defendant can be served relatively easily. See CCP § 415.40.

第二次，给了一段建议，让其到海牙公约去找：

Plaintiff is not permitted to employ the methods for serving Defendant under the California Code of Civil Procedure because state law is preempted by the provisions of the Hague Convention. The full text of the applicable provisions of the Hague Convention can be found on the United States Department of State website (http://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal-considerations/judicial/service-of-process.html).

简直就是手把手地教小月，--- 加州法官多么好。然而，法官也是人，也有没耐心和粗鲁之时。比如在否决小月的电邮送船票时，就简单粗暴，仅用了一句话：

Plaintiff has not provided the Court with any authority to support his assertion that the Court can deem the Plaintiff service of process by email message effectively under the law。

太不留情面了。而联邦法院同样否决电邮送船票，不仅花了整整四页解释，尤其是最后简直就是语重心长：

          Plaintiff, who is not represented by counsel, is encouraged to consult with the Federal Pro Bono Project’s Legal Help Center in either of the Oakland or San Francisco federal courthouses for assistance. The San Francisco Legal Help Center office is located in Room 2796 on the 15th floor at 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94102. The Oakland office is located in Room 470-S on the 4th floor at 1301 Clay Street, Oakland, CA 94612. Appointments can be made by calling (415) 782-8982 or signing up in the appointment book located outside either office, and telephone appointments are available. Lawyers at the Legal Help Center can provide basic assistance to parties representing themselves but cannot provide legal representation.
